Diet is the major factor that determines how we gain weight while doing cardio workouts. We can build our muscles by eating the right food at the right time.
Eating at the right time means that we must eat balanced food with a good content of water, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and mineral salts that can give us the results we expect. Everybody wants to gain lean muscle mass and it is not possible without a proper diet.

Proteins are the major constituents of muscles as they contain amino acids, which are the major building blocks of our body. We can take food such as chicken cooked in steam, nuts, fish, tuna, grilled chicken and meat, proteins supplements such as protein shake, boiled eggs, dried fruits all of which contain high proportions of proteins in them.
We should avoid spending above 30 minutes for every single workout and then we should also take the diet soon after the workout especially protein rich foods since they will be absorbed into the muscle immediately.
Carbs, which are complex, are also highly essential. Food, which is rich in carbohydrates and fibers, should be taken in right quantity daily. The food, which contain carbs are potatoes, pasta, whole grain breads, oatmeal, and lots more.
The body and muscle building routine should be done regularly and to get the required energy for doing such workout we need complex carbs, which are present in huge quantities in the above mentioned food items.
We must have small meals and eat at least 5 to 6 times a day so that it gets absorbed by our body easily. If we eat good food and do the workouts parallel then we can gain muscles easily.
